Product features and advantages
- It is white or light yellow crystalline powder at room temperature. It can easily dissolve in organic solvents such as esters, acetones, alkanes andaromatics (e.g. butyl acetate, acetone, gasoline, toluene, etc.), and it is slightly soluble in methanol and ethanol and insoluble in water and 10% solutionof sodium hydroxide.
- Its color gradually darkens when exposed to air for a long time.
- This product has the advantages of no odor at room temperature and good chemical properties.
Product Application
It is one of important hindered-phenol antioxidants for main use in plastics, natural and synthetic rubber, generally used as additives for oils. Due to excellent anti-oxidative effects at high temperature, it can be widely used in the oils operated at high temperature such as heat-conducting oil, quenchingoil, special lubricating grease, etc.
